Denis started working in construction 18 years ago as a helper. Within a year he worked himself up to a Lead Carpenter while earning both an accounting degree and a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management. After graduating, he was offered a position with one of the top engineering firms in Akyem, Ghana. His team led the development of all road and power infrastructure along with 243 homes, 3 churches, and the local school. Upon completion, he returned to the United States to consult on many mine sites throughout Colorado and Nevada. Armed with superior knowledge of all aspects of the design/build process, he founded Kapella Group where he serves as an active leader, consultant, and mentor for both employees and clients.
