Rocky Horror Panty Show
We’re starting off with a solid candidate for scariest unit with what could be confused for a scene from Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Yep. Those are underwear plastered to the wall.
You may be asking yourself, Dammit, Janet, how do you even get panties stuck to the wall like that, but it’s better to just not ask.
Let’s do the Time Warp again and act like we never set foot in this unit…

My Bugs! My Bugs!
Well, well, well, what have we here? This nightmare unit begins the second you open the door. And if you aren’t shaking, there’s something very wrong. Where do I start? The termites, the trash, or maybe the toilets!
No matter where you turn, there’s another fright. If I didn’t know any better I’d assume Tim Burton’s Oogie Boogie was the previous resident living in this unit.
A Litter Box for Salem and Thackery Binx
This third and final unit is one that I would have never expected… After walking hundreds of units you come to expect the units trashed after an eviction or the value add acquisition full of units that haven’t been renovated in over a decade with their beat up cabinets and flooring. As Sabrina’s Black Cat Salem once said, “I need a little fresh air and a latte.”
A bathtub used as a litter box by multiple cats for almost 10 years may actually be the scariest thing I’ve seen in a unit I’ve walked. Burned carpet, needles, and bullet holes don’t bother me, but “Cat Tub” will forever haunt my dreams.
