Global Construction was selected to lead the transformation of a former hotel into the Denver Veterans Village in partnership with the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. This hospitality-to-housing conversion is creating 100 thoughtfully designed apartments dedicated to providing stable, supportive housing for homeless veterans, along with integrated on-site services focused on long-term success and independence.
We were honored to be entrusted with the renovation of The Antlers Hotel, one of the most sought after accommodations in Colorado Springs. Our work included carefully renovating the landmark to elevate the guest experience while preserving its distinct historical charm.
Clarion Hotel / Renewal Village (Adaptive reuse)
We completed a comprehensive renovation of the Crowne Plaza in Denver, upgrading the lobby, annex, ballroom, bar, buffet, and elevators to enhance both guest experience and operational efficiency.
Courtyard Marroitt (Remodel)
We completed a 10,000-square-foot phased remodel of the hotel’s existing lobby and conference rooms, carefully sequencing construction to keep the property fully operational throughout the project.

Global Construction led a comprehensive renovation at the JW Marriott, focused on revitalizing key common areas and completing in-unit refreshes that elevated the overall guest experience. The project delivered a modernized, cohesive look throughout the property while preserving the brand’s upscale identity and design standards.
This comprehensive renovation of the Sheraton Denver reimagined the hotel’s most iconic guest and public spaces while the property remained fully operational. The scope included upgrades to luxury suites, the signature restaurant, and bar areas, delivering a refined, modern experience without disrupting daily hotel operations.
The project featured selective interior demolition, installation of high-end finishes, custom millwork, and coordinated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to support the refreshed design. By combining detailed planning with precision execution, Global Construction was able to elevate the Sheraton’s brand presence and guest experience while protecting revenue flow.
Arkansas Place, Highlands Ranch, CO
Completed a full-scale renovation at Arkansas Place Apartments, upgrading every unit with LVT flooring, modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, refreshed bedrooms, and updated bathrooms with new fixtures and finishes.

Careful phasing and coordination ensured minimal disruption to residents, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment throughout construction.

We completed a comprehensive occupied renovation of 106 units at Viewpoint, an assisted living facility in Colorado Springs. The project involved carefully planned upgrades to living spaces while residents remained in place, ensuring safety, comfort, and minimal disruption throughout construction. Villa Denver @1416 Market St
Global Construction completed interior renovation work at Villa Denver, a two-level tapas lounge and nightclub in downtown Denver, enhancing key guest-facing spaces to support the venue's upscale, high-energy atmosphere. The project focused on refining the interior environment to better complement the property's live entertainment and bottle-service concept.
In partnership with Volunteers of America Colorado, this project delivers a first-of-its-kind transitional housing facility in Denver, combining 60 family-focused units with trauma-informed design to create a safe, supportive environment for those moving toward permanent housing.
